December 2021 Community Newsletter
We wish you a most wonderful Holiday Season and Happy New Year! Our offices will be closed December 23, 24, 30, and 31st in celebration of the holidays.
Thank you to all that participated in the community social. Events like this are great for the community. If anyone would like to make other events like this happen, please reach out to Ann Marie at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Dues are currently being mailed out. To help with increases in expenses and to start building reserves the dues have increased $5/month. The new semi-annual payment in January and July will be $450. This billing is due no later than January 31st. If you need to make payment arrangements, please contact us prior to the above date, and email is preferred.
