Happy Holidays!

Our office will be closed December 25-26 and January 1st for the holidays.  We wish you a most wonderful holiday with your friends and family, and look forward to seeing you in the New Year!

New Website Access Portal

Brighton Corporation is constantly looking for new ways to improve the services provided to our communities.  We are committed to providing our residents a superior level of service.  With this in mind, we are excited to announce our new website access portal and mobile app. By going to https://brightoncorp.cincwebaxis.com/, you’ll be able to create a login and start viewing your account balance, make payments, and sign up for e-statements. The January 2024 assessments (dues) are getting ready to be mailed out now.  Please watch for their arrival.

2024 Dues

The Board of Directors reviewed the budget in great detail and collected bids for services. Unfortunately, in order to combat increased costs of maintenance, and to start building reserves, the dues will be increased $165 for at total of $1265 a year. With the increase, the dues will be billed out in quarterly installments at $316.25, however they can always be paid in full in advance. A copy of the budget will be sent out with the dues.

Snow Removal

The first snowfall has come and gone. Please do not push snow into the streets and keep street drains clear. The Association will clear snow at 2″ around the mailbox structures only for the postal carrier.

Be Aware

It’s come to our attention that theft and robberies are on the rise. Many times these are acts done out of convenience, often where doors have been left unlocked or windows open with goods in view. Reporting anything suspicious, and maintaining good habits of closing and locking up windows and doors goes a long way. This includes shutting up blinds and leaving on lights when you may not be home, to keep the appearance of being home. Know when deliveries are expected to arrive, and have a neighbor or friend check on your home if you’re away for any time. All these precautions can help you not fall victim to these senseless acts.

Pet Etiquette

Please be sure your pets are leashed at all times when not on your property, and be sure to pick up after them and dispose of their waste in your trash receptacle. Please don’t leave the waste in bags in the common area grass.
