Music Event

Mark your calendar to join neighbors and friends for an evening of music and food trucks on August 12th in the community common area by the first pool.

Speeding

Please make sure the drivers in your home are taking the time to slow down in the community. There are lots of kids and neighbors walking and enjoying the common areas, and we’ve noticed more people speeding in around. Report speeding to the police non-emergency line 208-938-2260.

Motorized Equipment

Dirt bikes, golf carts, and the similar should not be driven throughout the common areas. Please keep these off the grass to avoid damage, and off the pathways for pedestrian safety.
