Annual Meeting
Thank you to everyone that attended and participated in the annual meeting. It was great to have so many wonderful neighbors join us. We greatly appreciate everyone’s involvement and help in maintaining our beautiful community!
Updated Pool Rules
The pool rules have been updated to coincide with best practices. Please review the updated guidelines and sign the updated rules using the provided link. Key cards will be deactivated for those who haven’t signed by June 1st.
Community Garage Sale
The annual community garage sale is scheduled for Saturday, June 14th, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. You are welcome to start and stop as you please. Residents that participate should set their items in the driveway the day of the sale and clean up the same day. For unsold items, consider donating to local charities like a Youth Ranch or St. Vincent de Paul. Some charities will pick up items. Coordination with trash services is also an option for disposal. An advertisement will be in the Idaho Statesman and signs will be placed at entrances. Residents are encouraged to share on social media and put up directional signs on the event day. Good luck to everyone participating!
Summer Concert
Come on down and join your neighbors and friends for a wonderful time in the pavilion by pool #1 on June 14th from 6-8:30pm. There will be music by Jordan Shaw, food trucks, and good times. We hope to see you there!
Pet Reminders
Dogs and cats alike should always be leashed when off your property to prevent unexpected encounters with people or other animals. This simple act ensures everyone’s safety and comfort. Additionally, remember to clean up after your pet. It’s not pleasant, but responsible pet ownership requires it. Respect others and keep public spaces clean for everyone.
