November 2025 Community Newsletter
Happy Holidays!
We wish you the most wonderful Thanksgiving holiday with your friends and family! The Brighton offices will be closed Thursday, November 27th & Friday, November 28th.
Snow Removal
Snow is just around the corner. Make sure snow from your driveway and sidewalk is not shoveled into the streets, as this can impede traffic flow and obstruct drainage systems. Instead, shovel snow onto your lawn where it can gradually melt. Please don’t blow your leaves into neighboring yards or into the street.
Web Portal
The web portal is updated often. You can fill out the ACC request forms here now, and view your account, any violations, and review community documents. If you haven’t set up your account, you should. Go to: https://brightoncorp.cincwebaxis.com/ today.
Common Areas
Please do not play in the pond or small river features in the common areas. Building dams or throwing rocks can create issue for these features. Please make sure your kids are aware of this.
Golf Carts
Concerned residents have observed drivers recklessly operating golf carts within the community. It’s essential for residents to make sure drivers in their home are aware of how to drive these items safely, follow speed limits, and have pedestrian awareness. You must be licensed to operate these carts and should only drive on the street, not in common areas. If you ever have any concerns about these rules, you’re welcome to reach out to the Eagle Police.
Monthly Meetings
The Board of Directors convenes monthly. Meeting dates and locations are contingent upon room availability and members’ schedules, and are posted on our online calendar as they are confirmed. We advise interested parties to frequently consult the calendar for the latest updates on meeting schedules. The next meeting will be held on Tuesday, December 9th, at 6pm, via Zoom. You can find the link on the calendar.
Pet Reminders
Dogs and cats alike should always be leashed when off your property to prevent unexpected encounters with people or other animals. This simple act ensures everyone’s safety and comfort. Please remember to clean up after your pet, including both the waste and poop bags provided for residents and their four-legged family members. It’s not pleasant, but responsible pet ownership requires it. Do not leave your poop bags in the common areas for others to pick up. Please also try to avoid allowing your pet to use a neighbor’s yard as a restroom. Respect others and keep public spaces clean for everyone.
Holiday Lighting Contest
If you are decorating your home this season, enter the holiday decorating contest. You must sign up by December 17th in order to participate. Let’s make the community the most festive it’s ever been!
Speeding/Race Track
Our community is full of very active residents and families. Please make sure all drivers in your home are slowing down in the neighborhood. Some of the long streets and curves seem to have turned into a bit of a racetrack with speeding. Please report incidents to the police.
Amendments
Thank you all who have participated in the voting process. Amendment #9 received enough votes to pass it, and it’s been recorded and posted online. Amendment #10 is still open to voting until the end of the month.
Mailbox Parking
When parking at the mailbox, please be courteous not to block people in, or park in the wrong direction, or block crosswalks. We know this is a quick stop for most on the way home, but there have been some near accidents and complaints, so please be courteous and careful.
Upcoming Events
If you’re interested in organizing an event for the community, please reach out to HOA@brightoncorp.com. You may view upcoming events online at: https://www.homesteadeagle.com/events/.
