Electric & Motorbikes
Electric and motorbikes are becoming more and more popular. While we understand neighbors and kids will have these, please do not use them in ways that are harmful to our common areas and neighbors. We’ve received complaints from kids tearing through common areas, damaging grass. We will hold parents responsible if we can locate them. When riding them, please do not run others off the sidewalks or pathways, these should remain on the roadways. We appreciate everyone helping to keep our community safe and beautiful!
Monthly Board Meetings
If you are interested in what’s going on with the Association, stop by a Board meeting. They happen monthly. While meetings are open for residents to attend, they are for the Board to conduct business. We do allow a small amount of time for comments from residents. If there’s something you want to see discussed, email it to hoa@brighton.co. The next meeting has been moved because of scheduling conflicts to Monday, September 29, 2025, at 6:30pm, in the community hall room at Eagle City Hall, located at 660 E. Civic Lane Eagle, ID 83616.
Getting Dark
The season is changing, and it’s starting to get dark earlier. Please make sure your exterior lights are on and working from dusk to dawn. This helps to keep the community well lit and deters opportunistic crime. We appreciate you keeping our community safe.
Pool Closing
This is the last weekend for swimming. The pool closes Monday, September 22nd.
Pumpkin Trailer
Come out to the pavilion by the first pool on Old World on Saturday, September 27th, from 4-7:30pm to purchase pumpkins from the local Helms Family Farm.
